H.A. Boyd and anyone who fanatically take advantage of elderly people are some of the lowest scums on earth.

Service is excellent, they communicate prior to any repairs. I bought my Jetta here 6 years ago after shopping at two other dealerships, no games, just a bottom line price. Highly recommend.

The parts/service manager takes advantage of elderly people. My 87 year old grandmother ordered a extra set of keys for her 08 jetta. 4 hours later she called to cancel that order because she found her extra set. They told her to call back, the person who cancels orders isn't here. She kept calling back, about 6 times within 48 hours of ordering the key. Then they said the person is on vacation and it's too late, you have to buy the key for $230.

I went into H.A. Boyd to pay for the car keys myself before it gets to the point where my grandma has to go to court. So I go to pay the $230 and the guy says well now it's $415. I said what for? He says well I think that's what I would get if I win in court so that's what I want.

Attempted to get a hold of someone to get a price on replacement mirror turn signals but they kept putting me on hold and then they would pick up the phone and place me on hold again. If this is any indication on how they do business at all then I don't and won't take my jetta to them to give them any kind of business.

I was stuck on the interstate in July of 2016 with a really unusual part failure. The service manager and tech at Boyd's bent over backwards to get this distressed traveler back on the road to NC. There was one part and a couple of hours of work; it was done as quickly as possible and for a very fair price. Boyd's gets five stars!

As much as I hated giving this low life $415, I couldn't let them take grandma to court. She already was so upset that she spent all last night crying. So I go to pay him and he said, well I throw the car keys away. Are you serious??? Then he has some mechanic fish them out of the garbage can and $415 later I get them.

Helpful and nice, had my part and had awesome VW merch

I finally got on the phone and said we're not coming to get the key. We have been trying to cancel the order since the day we ordered it. So they took her to court. They actually went into the court house and filed papers for a set of car keys against an 87 year old women.
