I was sure I could get a better deal on snow tires from a tire shop. Imagine my surprise when the best price was at my dealer. So happy. We are driving 5500 miles over the holidays to visit family and they did my oil change, replaced my filters and inspected my car, so I feel 100% confident in traveling with my Prius v.
While having just begun the process of restoring my '87 cargo van, Toyota happened to discontinue the whole line of OEM parts that I still needed . As my hopes for properly completing the needed repairs began to fade, a twist of fate connected me with Diamond Toyota. From my experience I would say that they went above and beyond what would be considered good customer service. Although they assured me that they were just doing their job, I would rather describe it as a reminder of how high the quality standards for customer service can and should be, and that's easily worth five full stars from me. Boyfriend and I stopped in today to buy a car. The sales person, Orlando treated us very nice, he made us feel welcome and went above and beyond to try to help us get the car we came in for. The car we looked at had a couple of things that needed to get fixed and he did a great job to make sure the issues were going to get fixed. We also met Tom Broady the Finance Director and he also was very professional, willing to answer any question we had. I myself have a not so good credit score and he was able to get me approved for a loan. Great customer service! Thank you. I have been to other dealers and believe me when i say this time was very different, you guys really made me feel welcome. Once again, Thank You! Highly recommend this place.
