Great Real Estate office with dedicated Realtors ... like me!
My agent was Ray Dunkle, he was referred to me by my sister who used him about a year ago to purchase their house in Harrisburg. Me and my wife were moving back to the area from Chicago. I think we came back about 4 or 5 different times to look at properties. When I say we looked at properties, I mean we looked at 10-20 per trip and all over the region (York, Mechanicsburg, Reading, Harrisburg, Hanover, and finally our new home in Lebanon). Ray was excellent and I highly recommend him to anyone reading this! He is very knowledgeable on homes (structures, HVAC, sand mounds, etc) and was very helpful in helping us find OUR home and not just another commission. He gave us his honest opinion on what the market value was for the home (based on real research) and how the neighborhood would work for us and our situation. I really can not say enough good things about this guy and how he took care of us during our new home searching trips. We had some long days, and he never diverted his attention away from us and our needs. If you want to find the home that YOU want, and do not like the pushy agent that has the contract in his hands pushing for you to sign it after the first house you look at, then RAY DUNKLE IS YOUR MAN!!!!
