Order online this morning. Stand in line for twenty minutes. Email says order is ready, it wasn't. Total time to pickup online order was over an hour!! Old lady at customer service counter slow as molasses. Had no idea what she was doing, put her back in a department where people are not waiting on her. Or maybe a job somewhere else knitting a hat.
Employee in appliances was over the top in helping us n even called another store to see if our needed fridge was in stock since ours malfunctioned and we lost all our food n medication. I'd give his name but don't have his permission to post publicly. He was friendly knowledgeable n very helpful!
First time at this Lowes and I was impressed! A couple of staff members greated me and I was suprised. Nice area of Lebanon and the feeling around there was very freindly. I will definitely make a longer trip to this facility vice Sinking Spring store.
We had a great experience! We purchased some outdoor furniture and the one warehouse employee, Ozzy, was fantastic. He helped us load our furniture in a truck that we thought was big enough, and had a great attitude about it. We are so pleased with the staff we encountered at this location, even though we drove 30 minutes to get here, it was well worth the trip!
I'm in Lebanon because the Harrisburg and Palmyra stores said they had something and didn't have it. They ordered it for me I waited 3 weeks, it was not here when they said it would be. Now they're telling me it may not be in for another month. So I drive to Lebanon to get the one that have in stock. When I called they inspected it and said it had no cracks and put it under my name. So I get here, has my name on it, it has a crack in it, and it's not even the right part number.
