I found the staff, Alex and Axel, to be extremely pleasant and helpful during my time at the store. They were extremely nice, professional and very helpful. They were completely honest with me about my plans and even helped me save money, which is a rarity in the sales profession. Sprint should consider themselves fortunate that they have them as employees. Job well done.
