Extremely unorganized. Had to chase them around to get my paperwork filed for my job, missed information on it two times, had to switch doctors because of how impersonal the new doctor was there, had to pull teeth to try and get an MRI. Tossed me into physical therapy without talking to me for more than 15 minutes, never filled out my physicians note for my FMLA. Switched to Overholt who finally got the ball moving but only after making it known about his relationship with my family. Horrible, horrible experience. When I called to complain they made it seem like it was my fault that their nurse screwed up my paperwork repeatedly. Would not recommend to anyone. The wellspan network is a joke.
