One of our "go to" chain restaurants that is nearby. We like to get the Garden Bar with our meal. It can sometimes, of course, be very busy and have quite a wait. We try to go at off times to avoid this. Food and service is usually very good.
Ruby Tuesday in Lebanon has become one of our go-to restaurants. The new salad bar is fabulous! The servers here are always accommodating and attentive and courteous. Anna, who is a hostess and assistant server, has been terrific on each of our last two visits. She stopped us from being seated at a rickety table a month or 2 ago, and when we visited last night, she let us know that that table has been repaired. She also went out of her way to check on us throughout our meal. When my steak came or and it was cooked beyond the medium rare that I had ordered, Cheyenne pointed out to a manager that it wasn't cooked as ordered, even though I had said it would be ok. The manager came out and insisted that they make me a new steak, and I could even take it home with me. We appreciate the excellent customer service here, and will recommend this location and will happily return again!
I will be back every time I have an appointment in Lebanon.
This meal at the Lebanon Ruby Tuesday was the best I have ever had at any Ruby Tuesday.
The server was the absolute best. Personable, professional, and efficient.
The grilled zucchini was out of this world. And the Garden Bar was predictably fresh, clean, well filled and delicious.
The new garden bar is $10 and even though they seem to indicate in the ads there are more selections, it seemed like a lot less choice to me. We got a sirloin steak with onion rings, the salad bar an a beer. The beer was good. They don't know how to make a steak, it was if it had been boiled, certainly not broiled. The steak was full of gristle and fat. The service was slow but good, the waitress was very nice. It has been about three years since our last visit, they won't be seeing us again.
This location is our favorite restaurant in the area, especially when we have coupons to use. The food is consistently great and the service is good too. The prices are very reasonable for the quality.
UPDATE NOV 2017: Added photo, that's what you get for $14. As was mentioned by another reviewer, portions got smaller and prices went up it appears. Chicken was delicious, mashed potatoes were cold.
